It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high-quality craftsmanship, however, SunSoulJewellery warrants that the Products manufactured and sold by it will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

SunSoulJewellery will repair any products proven to be faulty due to manufacturing within three (3) months after the date of purchase by the customer with proof of original sales receipt.

1. Coverage:

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Within this period, SunSoulJewellery will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

2. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

a. Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or from any other abnormal conditions of use.

b. Natural wear and tear, including patina on stones and fading.

c. Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

d. Loss or theft of the bracelet.

e. Natural variations in the stones. As these are natural stones, color and pattern variations are expected and are not covered under this warranty.

3. Claims Process:

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact SunSoulJewellery to determine the problem and the best solution for you. Provide proof of the original purchase date and order receipt when making a claim.

4. Shipping:

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the bracelet for warranty service, unless it's determined that the item is defective due to manufacturing.

5. Limitation of Liability:

SunSoulJewellery will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, except to the extent provided by applicable law.

6. Transferability:

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
