Refund Policy
You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange/refund, we do not refund any packing and postage charges.
Return of undamaged goods for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk.
1. Returns & Exchanges:
Customers can return or exchange their natural stone bracelets within 14 days of purchase. The bracelet must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Please note that the color of each bracelet may slightly vary from the pictures, as they are made from natural rocks. We do not accept returns if the product is undamaged and the reason for the return is a slight color difference.
2. Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
3. Refunds:
In order to return your product, you must notify us through our contact page we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item.
Once we receive and inspect the bracelet, we will notify the customer about the status of their refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
4. Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but they may be exchanged.
5. Custom Items:
Please note, all custom pieces are non-refundable.
5. Shipping:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
6. Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange for any reason, such as frequent returns, abuse of the policy, or other circumstances that may be deemed fraudulent or unfair.

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items.
Items returned to us in a standard un-padded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
