Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
Orders of natural stone bracelets are processed within 5-10 business days. No shipping occurs on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer 2 shipping options for all of our products:
FREE Shipping (20-25 day delivery)
Premium DHL Shipping (7-10 day delivery)
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While we aim for timely deliveries, occasional delays can occur.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
A shipment confirmation email, containing your tracking number(s), will be sent once your order has been shipped.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
SunSoulJewellery is not responsible for customs, taxes, or other fees imposed during or after shipping. These are the customer's responsibility.
5. Damaged Items:
If your bracelet arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Retain all packaging materials and the damaged item until the claim is resolved.
6. International Shipping:
We ship our bracelets internationally to almost any country in the world. A full list of available countries can be found during the checkout.
Returns Policy
1. Return Period:
Customers have 14 days to return a bracelet from the date of receipt.
2. Eligibility:
For a return, bracelets must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Exceptions:
Bracelets that were on sale, custom-made, or altered per customer's request cannot be returned.
4. Natural Variations:
As these bracelets are made of natural stones, color and pattern variations are inherent and should be expected. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.
5. Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned bracelet, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
6. Shipping Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the bracelet is defective or damaged upon receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
